Keeping track of when machines and equipment need service or calibration can be a real challenge. But with our new feature for recurring maintenance notifications, it's easier than ever to ensure your equipment is always in top condition.
With our maintenance notification function, you can now schedule recurring reminders for service and calibration, either annually or every other year. You can easily set the exact month and day you want the notification and specify who should receive the notification. This is done quickly and smoothly directly from the inventory page.
1. Go to the Inventory Page: Log in to your user profile and navigate to the inventory page where all your machines and equipment are listed.
2. Select Item: Click on the specific item you want to schedule maintenance notifications for.
3. Set Reminders: Under the item information, look for the section for maintenance notifications. Here you can choose whether the reminder should occur every year or every other year.
4. Specify Date and Recipient: Select the month and day you want the reminder and specify who should receive the notification. You can add multiple recipients if needed.
5. Save Settings: Click "Save" to activate your maintenance notifications.
With our maintenance function, you can be sure that the right person is notified when it's time to do service and calibration work.
