With Lendence, you can easily specify which individuals should receive notifications about service and calibration for various items. Additionally, management can schedule important messages, whether they are one-time events or recurring, and specify when and to whom these notifications should be sent.
Schedule notifications
Visit the portal and click on Notify, followed by Schedule notification. Then you can customize the message content, choose if it should recur, and specify the recipients. All of this can be done directly from your phone.
Schedule Service & Calibration
Visit the portal and click on Edit on an item, then Reminder. After that, you can set how often to perform service/calibration and who should receive the notification.
